Breakfeast:A fresh fruit salad or even normal salad with tuna! or healthy ceral such as cornflakes,or a nice bit of toast.
Lunch-You could have somthing meaty,but not too much. a soup woulpd be a good idea,with a small portion of bread with it aslo Ramen!
Dinner-Well,if you still have room a nice steak or lamb shank woukd do or a small portion of noodles.
Desert-Since you may of done the diet well,have a small amount of ice-cream with cream and strawberrys,go on
